After she was abandoned, the people who took her in tried really hard to give her a home and keep her safe. Since Bailey was somewhat of an escape artist, she ended up being tied up in the backyard. The second or third time she got off of her tether and explored the neighborhood, someone called Animal Control. They told her owners that if she went exploring again, she would be in BIG trouble. Thankfully, the people who were trying to help her contacted Smiling Dog Farms. Bailey was accepted into Smiling Dog Farms, where we can keep her safe from harm. And she can be herself. Since she is a SMART and creative girl, she needed a special house that would keep her safe ... and secure. She does not like to be in a crate type kennel, so her new house is wide open. She has jumper panels in her play yard to keep her inside. She can now run and play all day long in her play yard, and will never have to stay on a tether again. She’s very active and loves running up and down the ramp to the second floor of her very own town house. Bailey thinks that being at the farm is great!
